 1 Carrot cut into 1-inch cubes (about 1 cup)
 1 Zucchini chopped (about 2 cups)
 1 lb Beef stew meat fat trimmed and cut into ½-inch pieces
 70 ½ oz canned Italian-style diced tomatoes
 ¼ tsp Black pepper ground
 ¼ tsp Cinnamon ground
 1 tsp Salt

Place potatoes, carrots, and zucchini in the bottom of a 2-4 quart slow cooker.

Add beef and remaining ingredients.
