Crack eggs into a microwave safe dish.

Whisk in water or milk, salt and pepper.

Cook for 30 seconds on high, stir, cook for an additional 30 seconds. If the eggs are still runny, continue to cook at 30 second intervals until the eggs are cooked through.

Tip: Try adding chopped vegetables before scrambling. Peppers, onions, broccoli are great choices!
