No-Cook Chocolate Pudding

 2 ripe avocados peeled and cubed
 1 banana peeled and cubed
 ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 ¼ cup milk or non-dairy alternative
 2 tbsp honey
 1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until creamy and smooth. Adjust texture and flavor by adding more cocoa powder or milk.

Spoon into individual cups if you want to be fancy. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes (or eat right away if you can’t wait!).

Top with your favorite fruit or sprinkle some toasted nuts or coconut on top.
