  cup vinegar (rice or cider)
 3 tbsp Sugar
 4 cups chopped broccoli
 ¼ cup chopped onion (1/4 onion)
 ¾ cup Raisins
 ¾ cup sunflower seeds (or any nut or seed of your choice)
Note: Prep time is approximately 15 minutes while refrigeration time is 1 hour.

Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar in a large bowl.

Add broccoli, onion, raisins and sunflower seeds. Stir to combine.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then enjoy.
