 2 tbsp Oil
 1 Large onion chopped
 3 Cloves garlic crushed
 1 lb Ground beef
 2 tbsp Tomato paste
 1 tsp Salt
 2 tsp Arabian Spice Blend*
 ½ Head cabbage chopped
 1 tbsp Dried mint

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.

Sauté the onion and garlic until soft. Add the meat and cook until browned.

Add tomato paste, salt, and spice blend and stir. Add the chopped cabbage and dried mint and stir for 5 minutes.

Pour in 1 cup of water and simmer, covered, until the cabbage leaves become soft, about 20 minutes.

Serve with brown rice.

Tip: Cauliflower or carrots can be substituted for the cabbage.
