 1 cup Tapioca soaked for 30 minutes
 4 cups Cold water
 2 Medium honeydew
 1 tbsp Sugar
Supplies You'll Need:
 Blender or food processor
 Measuring cup
 Measuring spoons
 Small pot
 Cutting board
 Chef knife

Place tapioca and water in a pot. Bring water to a boil, and then lower heat to medium.

Cook till tapioca turns transparent.

Remove from heat and run under cold water.

Dice honeydew into cubes. Blend half of the honeydew cubes in food processor or blender. Add sugar; mix well.

Pour into 6 cups and mix the remaining honeydew cubes and 2 generous spoonfuls of tapioca into each cup. Serve chilled.
