 2 Medium pears peeled, cored, and cut into small chunks
 ½ Mango peeled, seeded, and cut into small chunks
  cup Yellow bell pepper finely chopped
  cup Red bell pepper finely chopped
 ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
 1 Small jalapeño pepper seeded and finely chopped
 3 tbsp Fresh cilantro finely chopped
 2 tsp Vegetable oil
 Lime juice to taste
 Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate in a covered container for at least 30 minutes or up to 3 hours before serving.

Serve with tortilla chips, quesadillas, or grilled or roasted meats or fish.
