 2 tbsp Green onions, Shallots or Chives finely chopped
 2 tbsp Parsley finely chopped
 ½ tsp Garlic powder
 1 tsp Sugar
 ½ tsp Salt
 2 cups vegetables for dipping such as baby carrots, cucumber sticks, broccoli
 Black pepper to taste

In a jar or bowl, mix together all ingredients.
